The Organization of Speakers Clubs is committed to teaching the technique of efficacious speaking through pursuit and evaluation.
It does not commission professional lecturers or speakers but draws upon the experience of its membership (who clothed all suffered the fears and absence of aplomb themselves) to nick estimate and encourage newer members.
